- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number, the name of the carrier, and the estimated delivery date.
- Track Your Order: You can easily follow your order’s journey! Simply use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email and enter it on the carrier’s website.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your HappyMindsLLC purchase. However, please note that we generally do not accept returns on our items.
- Damaged Items: In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged during delivery or the item is unusable, please contact us immediately.
- Reporting Damaged Items: To process a claim for a damaged item, please send an email to happyminds874@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please attach clear pictures of the damaged or unusable item in your email.
